1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hujantoto platform operating at hujantoto.vin. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and registered members without exception.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the hujantoto platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Hujantoto reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without specific prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the hujantoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. hujantoto enforces strict age verification, and any account found to be registered under the name of an underage individual will be terminated immediately.
• You must be a resident or citizen of a region that does not prohibit the use of online gaming platforms such as hujantoto.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not currently restricted or prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• You have never self-enrolled in any gambling exclusion program, or if you have, the exclusion period has fully expired.

Hujantoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This includes copies of your identification card, passport, or other supporting documents deemed necessary.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the hujantoto platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances within them.

When registering, you are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful. Required information includes your full name as per your ID, date of birth, an active email address, and a valid phone number.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Hujantoto will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our customer support immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all members to keep your account secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Hujantoto supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and major e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

About Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after confirmation by the payment processor.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources that belong to you. Using cards or accounts belonging to others is strictly prohibited.

About Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified according to your VIP level. Standard members can expect processing within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.
• Hujantoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by hujantoto are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Please read those terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Hujantoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of bonus terms.
• Each member is only eligible for the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• The maximum bonus amount convertible to withdrawable funds may be capped depending on the bonus type.
• Any disputes or questions regarding bonuses should be referred to the hujantoto customer support team for clarification.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the hujantoto platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome. All results are completely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

If a technical disruption during a gaming session prevents a result from being properly verified, hujantoto reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to your account.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and your account level.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party programs to play is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the hujantoto system records shall be considered final.

7 Accepted Member Conduct

Hujantoto expects all members to conduct themselves responsibly, ethically, and with respect for all users of our platform. The following behaviour is prohibited and may result in a warning, suspension, or account closure:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deliberate exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using offensive language, being rude, or harassing other members or support staff.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Spreading false information about the hujantoto platform to the public.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your hujantoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance in your account will be returned to you via a valid payment method.

Hujantoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms has occurred.
• The member in question was found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent or related to money laundering is detected.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A formal request is received from the relevant authorities.

In cases of closure due to violations, hujantoto reserves the right to withhold or freeze the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted.

9 hujantoto Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hujantoto and its associated parties shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network issues, natural disasters, or third-party system failures.
• Loss of expected winnings or missed gaming opportunities resulting from technical disruptions.
• Any losses arising from valid game outcomes, even if caused by a display error on the user's device.

Hujantoto will make every effort to keep the platform running 24/7 without interruption, but does not provide an absolute guarantee of continuous service availability.

10 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Hujantoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the most recent update date clearly displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the hujantoto platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through channels designated by hujantoto, and where necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
